Overview
Fashion Field LLC offers a 30-day refund and returns policy for all autumn apparel purchases. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale”)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized apparel
- Used or damaged goods due to customer error
Return Process
- Email support@fashionfield.pro with your order number and reason for return.
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.
- Ship items with RA number clearly labeled on the package.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of inspection.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Items show signs of use or damage not caused by us
- Returns are received beyond 30 days
- Original tags/packaging are missing
Shipping Costs
- Customers cover return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made by Fashion Field LLC.
Late Refunds
If a refund is overdue:
- Check your payment statement.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Email support@fashionfield.pro with your order details.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items only. Email support@fashionfield.pro to initiate an exchange, then ship the item to the address above.
Gift Returns
- Gift-marked orders: Receive a gift credit via mail upon return receipt.
- Non-gift orders: Refunds are issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Tips
- Use trackable shipping for items over $100 (uninsured returns are not guaranteed).
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds for non-defective items.
